- 2 oz Lemon Vodka
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Sugar syrup
Shake everything with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
I found this way too sweet. It definitely does have that Lemon Sherbet texture and the sharp buzz of citrus that you get from the sweets of that name, but multiplied by at least 150. The other recipes I looked up afterwards used plain vodka, so perhaps the lemon vodka was a step too far for this. It was one for the sink.
